Ola Oshodi
Ola has been a corporate and commercial lawyer for over a decade. She has a master’s degree in public administration, and she is also a chartered secretary of ICSA|The Chartered Governance Institute.
Ola offers extensive experience working on various corporate and commercial law matters including structuring businesses, corporate governance, and commercial transactions in a wide variety of industries including international transactions. She is client-focused and result-oriented.
